The following Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, your purchase of our products, and any other business dealings with us. By interacting with us in any of these ways, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Scope of Terms
These Terms and Conditions apply to all business transactions with Prime Awards, including but not limited to:
- Orders placed through our website, by email, or over the phone.
- Custom product development and production.
- Artwork submissions and approvals.
- Consultations or quotations provided by our team.
- All client interactions, whether in-person, online, or remote.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to do business with Prime Awards. By engaging with us, you confirm that you meet this requirement and are legally authorized to enter into binding agreements.
4. Products and Orders
- All products and services are offered subject to availability.
- We reserve the right to limit or refuse orders at our sole discretion.
- Product descriptions and pricing are subject to change without notice.
- We may discontinue or modify any product or service at any time.
5. Pricing and Payment
- All prices are quoted in Euro (€) and are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.
- Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards via Stripe and other pre-approved arrangements.
- Full payment or a deposit, as specified on your invoice or quotation, may be required before production begins.
- All transactions are securely processed using industry-standard encryption.
Quotation Validity:
- Unless otherwise stated, all standard quotations are valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue.
- Precious metal items (including but not limited to gold, silver, or platinum-based products) are subject to market volatility and are therefore valid for 5 working days only.
- In the event of a market fluctuation exceeding 1% in the cost of raw materials, including precious metals, Prime Awards reserves the right to invalidate or revise any outstanding quotation, even within the stated validity period.
6. Shipping and Delivery
- Delivery times and shipping fees are outlined in our Shipping Policy and/or individual quotations.
- Delays caused by third-party carriers or customs are beyond our control.
- International orders may incur duties or taxes, which are the buyer’s responsibility.
- Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon dispatch of goods.
7. Returns and Refunds
- Our Return & Refund Policy is available at https://primeawards.ie/returns-refunds/
- Returns are accepted under specified conditions and within 30 days of receipt.
- Custom or personalised items may not be eligible for return unless defective.
- Refunds, where applicable, will be processed after inspection and approval.
8. Intellectual Property
- All content, designs, templates, and materials produced or shared by Prime Awards are the intellectual property of Prime Awards or its licensors.
- No content may be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.
- Client-provided artwork remains the property of the client, but Prime Awards reserves the right to use final product images for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
9. Artwork Approval & Production
- Production of your items will begin only after you have provided written approval of the final artwork.
- It is your sole responsibility to thoroughly review and confirm that the artwork meets all design, spelling, and layout requirements.
- By approving the artwork, you acknowledge that it accurately reflects your intended specifications.
- Prime Awards is not responsible for any errors, omissions, or design flaws identified after approval. Any changes or remakes required post-approval will incur additional charges, including but not limited to materials, labour, and time.
- Delays in artwork approval may result in corresponding delays to production and delivery schedules.
Dies and Tooling:
If any custom dies, tooling, or moulds are purchased as part of your order and stored by Prime Awards for future use, please note the following:
- If such items remain unused for a period of 20 months from the date of the last related invoice, Prime Awards reserves the right to dispose of them without further notice.
- It is your responsibility to request the return or continued storage of such materials within this timeframe if required for future use.
- Ownership of dies and tooling remains with the customer unless otherwise agreed, but Prime Awards cannot guarantee indefinite storage unless formally arranged in writing.
10. Confidentiality
We respect the confidentiality of your business information. Any proprietary information shared with us will be handled with discretion and only used for the purpose of fulfilling your order or service.
11. Privacy

12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prime Awards shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the product or service in question.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
14. Amendments
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be published on our website and are effective immediately unless otherwise stated. Continued business with us indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
