Packages are generally dispatched within 7-10 working days after receipt of payment and are shipped via DPD (overnight) with tracking and drop-off without signature. Although we provide an indication of typical delivery times, specific delivery times or dates cannot be guaranteed.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized, and your items are well-protected.

All quotations provided by Prime Awards are based on the prevailing costs at the time of issuance. These costs include, but are not limited to, materials, shipping, labor, operational overheads, governmental duties and taxes, and foreign exchange rates.

We reserve the right to adjust our prices at any time, without prior notice, to reflect fluctuations in any of these cost components. Such adjustments may be applied to both existing and future quotations or orders where applicable, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

While we strive to ensure the accuracy of all pricing and product information, M.M.I. Group Limited shall not be held liable for any typographical, clerical, or other errors or omissions in any sales literature, quotation, price list, acceptance of offer, invoice, or other documentation. We reserve the right to correct such errors and omissions at any time.

All articles of clothing offered by Prime Awards are Priced on Application (P.O.A.). The prices provided for clothing items serve as indicative estimates only and are subject to change based on order specifications, including but not limited to quantity, customization, size range, embroidery, printing, and fabric selection.

Please note that all images, colours, sizes, and descriptions of clothing items presented on our website, catalogues, or promotional materials are for illustrative purposes only. While we make every effort to accurately display product information, we do not guarantee exact colour or fabric matching, as variations can occur due to screen display settings, fabric dye batches, and supplier changes.

Ordering and Payment:

To maintain quality control and ensure accurate order handling, all clothing orders and associated payments must be processed exclusively through our Sales Team. Online or third-party orders for clothing are not accepted.

Limitation of Liability:

Prime Awards shall not be held liable for minor deviations in product appearance or sizing, including discrepancies in colour shades or garment measurements, where such differences do not materially affect the functionality or general purpose of the item. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and accepts these terms as part of the sale.

Prime Awards accepts payment through the following secure methods:

In-person card payment via terminal

Cash payments (where applicable and by prior arrangement)

For the safety and security of our customers and staff, we do not accept payment over the phone under any circumstances.

All payments must be received in full and cleared prior to the release or delivery of goods, unless otherwise agreed in writing by an authorized representative of Prime Awards.

At Prime Awards, we strive to ensure that all products listed are described as accurately and comprehensively as possible in terms of specification, quality, and appearance. Every effort is made to fulfil orders exactly as described and illustrated.

However, in the event that a specific item is temporarily unavailable, discontinued, or delayed due to factors outside our control (including supply chain disruptions, manufacturing changes, or stock limitations), we reserve the right to offer a substitute product of equal or greater value at no additional cost to the customer.

Such substitute items will be carefully selected to match or exceed the original product’s functionality, specification, and overall quality. No substitutions will be made without first making direct contact with the customer, either via email or telephone, to discuss the proposed alternative and obtain approval.

If a suitable substitution is not available or not accepted by the customer, the order for that item will be cancelled, and a full refund will be issued where applicable.

This substitution policy ensures minimal disruption to your order while maintaining our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

 

Prime Awards has made every reasonable effort to ensure that all product images used in our catalogues, website, and promotional materials accurately represent the items being offered for sale. Each photograph is intended to provide a true and fair visual representation of the product’s design, colour, and features.

However, due to factors beyond our control—such as manufacturer updates, production batch variations, lighting conditions during photography, or screen/display settings—the product you receive may exhibit minor differences in colour, texture, detailing, or finish compared to the image shown.

These variations do not affect the core functionality or quality of the product and shall not be considered grounds for return, refund, or replacement, unless the item is materially different from its description.

We appreciate your understanding and are happy to clarify any product details in advance—please feel free to contact our Sales Team for further assistance prior to placing an order.

While we make every effort to keep our stock levels accurate and up to date, all products are subject to availability at the time of order processing.

In the event that an item is out of stock or temporarily unavailable, Prime Awards will notify the sender (or purchasing party) as soon as reasonably possible. At that point, the customer will be offered the following options:

  1. Await Restocking – The item will be placed on backorder, and we will provide an estimated delivery timeframe based on supplier lead times.
  2. Select an Alternative Product – The customer may choose another available item of their preference.
  3. Receive a Full Refund – The full purchase amount for the unavailable item will be refunded using the original method of payment.

If we are unable to make immediate contact and a time-sensitive delivery is involved, we reserve the right to select and dispatch the closest available alternative, provided it is of equal or greater value and comparable in function or quality to the original item. This ensures minimal disruption to your order and helps maintain delivery schedules, especially for urgent or event-based requirements.

We remain committed to customer satisfaction and will always act in good faith to provide suitable and fair alternatives where stock issues arise.

All orders are processed by Prime Awards promptly upon receipt. Unless otherwise stated, product prices do not include delivery charges, which will be calculated and clearly outlined at checkout or by our sales team.

We partner with trusted third-party courier services to deliver your goods. While we aim to provide accurate estimates of typical delivery times, specific delivery dates or times cannot be guaranteed, as delivery is subject to external factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, courier delays, peak seasons).

Non-Delivery and Claims

Claims for non-delivery must be submitted to us within 20 calendar days of the dispatch date. We cannot accept responsibility for any claim submitted after this period.

International Shipments

For orders shipped outside the Republic of Ireland, customers are solely responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs charges. Prime Awards does not accept liability for delays or costs incurred due to international customs processes.

Address Accuracy and Delivery Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all delivery address details are complete and accurate, including postcode and recipient’s contact number. Prime Awards cannot be held responsible for failed or delayed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information.

Goods shall be considered delivered once the courier obtains a signature or delivery confirmation from any individual present at the specified delivery address.

Receipt of Delivery

Customers must ensure that someone is available to accept and sign for the delivery. If no one is present, the courier will leave a calling card with instructions for:

  • Collection from a local depot, or
  • Rearranging delivery at a more convenient time or location (subject to the courier’s discretion).

If the recipient fails to respond to the courier’s contact attempts within the specified time, the goods will be returned to Prime Awards. In such cases, a re-delivery charge will apply for shipment to either the original or an alternative address.
