By approving the artwork, you acknowledge that it accurately reflects your intended design specifications and requirements.

Please be advised that any errors, omissions, or changes identified after the artwork has been approved will not be the responsibility of Prime Awards. Should any modifications or remakes be required post-approval, all associated costs, including but not limited to materials, labour, and time, shall be borne by you.

Furthermore, no production activities will commence until formal confirmation of the approved artwork has been received. Delays in providing this confirmation may result in corresponding delays to the overall production timeline.
